Not always. Some items may be available immediately for cod purchases. But the lead time on most items is 2-4 working days ex stock.

Our invoices are not generated automatically; as such you will have to allow for some time before you receive your invoice which eventually confirms that the item(s) you need is /are available in stock. Further, you will be able to receive your parcel within the lead time 1-4 working days after your payment has cleared into our account.

Yes, if the product is immediately available. But if the product is not immediately available, you will be required to pay a minimum of 30% before arranging your “Pay and Collect”. Additionally, you may arrange to view the product first before paying the outstanding balance.

You can if the product is immediately available. We do not accept cash on site. An instant eft will be the option. But the payment must clear into our account before collecting the parcel

Yes/No. we endeavour to supply the correct product(s). under no circumstance unpacked goods and sterile items will ever be considered for refund. Where refund may be considered, a deduction of 3% off the total amount will be made. Also, absolutely no refund may be considered on special orders.

The Loyalty discount is the discount that shall be applicable strictly to our loyal customers.
